This policy explains how Signature Construction, a DBA of SSQTS (CSLB #1163093), handles information you share through ssqts.com.
What we collect
When you request an estimate, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), project type and project description. We also record which page of the site you sent the request from and a general label for how you found us (for example, Google or Facebook), so we know which pages are useful.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request: to contact you, schedule a walkthrough and prepare an estimate. When you submit the form, we email the request to our office and send you a confirmation email. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that host this website, store form submissions and deliver email for us.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether the estimate form is used. We do not send your name, email, phone number or project description to Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies; you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
