Two-story renovation
Whole-home remodel
Ontario runs from its older streets along Euclid Avenue to brand-new communities in the south of the city. We help Ontario homeowners with remodels, garage conversions, bathroom updates and exterior refreshes.
Euclid Avenue, with its wide lanes and long grassy median, is one of Ontario's best-known streets, and the neighborhoods around it hold many of the city's older houses. Homes from that era often have strong bones and real character, but they also tend to have small bathrooms, closed-off kitchens and electrical systems that were never designed for modern use. We remodel those rooms in a way that respects the original house, and we bring the systems up to current code while the walls are open.
The southern part of Ontario, once farmland, has been developing into large new neighborhoods. Newer homes there rarely need structural work, but owners often want a better kitchen, an upgraded bathroom, or a backyard ADU for family. California's ADU rules apply in Ontario, and the City of Ontario reviews the plans. In communities with an HOA, we prepare the drawings for association review too.
Not every project needs a full remodel. Our exterior refresh project shows new siding, windows and a bold front door transforming a single-story home, and our tub and shower project shows a clean tile surround with a glass accent band. Both are focused projects that make a big difference on their own. Ontario is a quick trip west on I-10 from our office.
Before we price anything, we ask how the house is used today and what is not working. Sometimes a family that asks for an addition really needs a better use of an existing room, and sometimes the reverse. That conversation, combined with a careful look at the structure, plumbing and electrical, produces a plan that fits both the house and the budget instead of a one-size-fits-all package. From there you get a written scope and a clear sequence, so you know which rooms will be affected and when, before work begins on your Ontario home.
It depends on your lot and how you use the garage today. A conversion is usually faster and less expensive. A detached unit keeps the garage but needs yard space and longer utility runs. We will price both if both fit.
Yes. We serve homeowners throughout the City of Ontario. If your property is in an area with airport-related building requirements, we confirm them with the City during planning.
